I believe that there are a lot of people who do not know exactly why their bodies are so full of toxins and this a good simple way to educate them. It teaches you the basics of a detox diet and how to go about it. The writer wrote clearly and concisely and I was able to understand what she was saying. She includes different detox diets that way you are not stuck with just one form or style. She also includes a list of foods to avoid that may cause issues with your body as you are detoxing and may cause further toxins to enter your body. The recipes in the book are simple and easy to follow. The section part of the book contains information on superfoods which is important because you need vitamins and minerals the natural way. this book (kindle) has a lot of info in it that is helpful for me and most of the recipes I had not seen before, so the are not tiered and over done. I love that it has different stages of diets from detoxing diets to Super foods. It also has recipes from snacks to deserts. the only reason I did not give a 5 star review is I like pictures of the foods so I know if it looks right, and there are no pictures. .

This book has some great recipes and tips eating healthy and and getting in better health. There are several tips thrown in throughout the book as well that I found helpful. I have tried several of the recipes and they have all tasted great and I'm looking forward to trying more of them. This is an easy read with some great tips and ideas as well as recipes. If you want to get in better health you owe it to yourself to read this book.
