What a great book. I love how the author really seems to understand the mindset of busy people like me. This book had short chapters that were easy to read when I had a few minutes here and there. I love that there were so many easy action steps that I can start working into my daily routines right away. I have already started to make some small changes and will keep this book handy to inspire more changes over time. I would recommend this book to anyone who has struggled making healthy choices or has tried other diets or healthy lifestyle programs and not achieved their goals.

What a great little book
What a great little book! An easy read and but most importantly it is the kind of book I can follow to make improvements in my life! This is not a "diet" book (although it does touch on healthy eating), but a book about improving all areas of your life. My favorite was setting up a "sacred space." I have already started to implement much of what the author suggests we do to lead a healthy, happy and peaceful life. I would highly recommend this book.
