I loved this book! This is a great review of the assessment that I learned in nursing assessment class. Well written without a lot of fluff. Just the facts and procedures to do.

The whole book is black and white with poor print quality. Thought it was going to be in color. It's hard to see cyanosis or red reflex when the pages are black and white and look like they were printed with a printer in someone's home.

Do not purchase the kindle version. Purchase the hardcopy. Kindle version makes all the tables unreadable. You cannot zoom in to read small text. Hardcopy may be excellent. Can't give objective opinion, when the kindle version does not allow the important parts to be read.

not a happy camper when you are a nursing student and your ...

I have had this book for a few weeks and the binding of the book has completely come apart, not a happy camper when you are a nursing student and your book is falling apart. Spending the amount of money on this book to have it fall apart under normal conditions is ridiculous. I could see it failing apart if it was not being taken care of but I am posting picture so you guys can see. It looks like they tried to re-glue it together. I need to see about getting a replacement!!!

book i need for class, so i really dont care what the content is lol BUT beware that this book doesnt come with the adaptive quizzing access code so you're going to have to buy it separately on their website or buy a book that comes with it, i should have been more careful with making sure it came with that but my professor told me as long as the book is brand new, it should have, WRONG, it depends on the book.
