This book is a keeper especially if you're an a**hole magnet like I am. It shows how to deal with these kinds of jerks so when they see you they just know better that you're no amateur to be messing with. I've used a few of the tactics in this book and they do work. Wish this book would of been available years ago. I failed to mention here too if you have a bad boss you'll be able to tame him/her down too so that you will see way more less of them. And believe me I have had more bad supervisors than good ones. Some people don't handle power well and more times than not it goes right to their head and have no business being in that kind of position.

First off, let me say that the cover is great! Let's be honest.....at some point, you have (at the very least) thought that sentence when someone was being an absolute jerk to you. I'm not saying I'm a saint, but I have the tendency to be too nice. People take advantage of me and push me around a lot because they think I won't say anything....which is completely true. However, I'm left ranting and crying in my car after work. This book changed that. I now know how to deal with my boss and my co-workers when they start acting like turds.
